Joanne Murrell is a self-styled keener who several years ago jumped into one of the most innovative early learning and child care programs around.

When most people hear the term compensation they think about "what a person is paid", yet this is only one aspect of a complex topic. Compensation includes not only salary, but also the direct and indirect rewards and benefits provided employees in return for their contribution to the organization.

Early Childhood Education Diploma – 2 years

Human Resources Program:
Early Childhood Program Management Post-Diploma Certificate (Part-time via Distance Delivery)
Prerequisite: ECE Diploma
