Institute for Human Services Education, Truro
ECE Program:
Early Childhood Education Diploma – 2 years (Full- or part-time)
Prerequisite: High School Diploma

Specialized Course:
Early Childhood Inclusion and Intervention Diploma (Part-time)
Prerequisite: ECE Diploma

When most people hear the term compensation they think about "what a person is paid", yet this is only one aspect of a complex topic. Compensation includes not only salary, but also the direct and indirect rewards and benefits provided employees in return for their contribution to the organization.

HR Planning and Infrastructure

The design process is started by identifying desired outcomes and goals for your organization. This is often referred to as developing your compensation philosophy.
