What is Credentialing & Certification?

 

Policies and procedures communicate the values of your organization and provide everyone with a consistent process to follow.  It is important that employers understand and comply with applicable employment laws. The HR policies and practices that your organization uses must reflect the local laws and regulations around each issue.

Surveys collecting information about employee compensation, including salary and benefits, are commonly called salary surveys. Salary surveys are conducted with numerous employers to determine pay levels for specific job categories and are generally conducted either by region, sector or job classification for the purposes of comparability.
