Our projects produced research and developed strategies and tools to meet the needs of the child care workforce and achieve related goals. Click on the titles of our projects for more information.

Bow Valley College, Calgary
ECE Programs:
Early Childhood Education Diploma – 2 years (Full- or part-time)
Prerequisite: High School Diploma
Early Childhood Education Certificate – 1 year (Full- or part-time)
Prerequisite: High School Diploma

The CCHRSC worked collaboratively with a number of early childhood education and care (ECEC) employers who provided their expertise as well as samples of their HR resources, tools and templates. These have been added to the extensive toolkit content for broad use by the ECEC sector.

Early childhood education and care programs are offered in a variety of settings across Canada. There is no one-size-fits-all HR tool that can meet the diverse needs of individual administrators.

Performance management is a process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the organization.
